Certification registeration Error

Hello
Im trying to register for this certification https://learn.microsoft.com/en-gb/learn/certifications/exams/az-303 and I'm getting an error while Linking the account profile.
Error AAL06: Could not complete account linking operation

Could you please advise the way forward.
