I think you or your team haven't read my post properly to start with

I already have 2 factor auth

I have received TEXT messages (not Email per your latest msg) and still have yesterday and today by TEXT

    使用验证码 504152 进行 Microsoft 身份验证。(31st 9a UTC)

    使用验证码 984093 进行 Microsoft 身份验证。(1st 2.50a UTC)

I have done all I need to so but still being 2 factor challenged without any activity from my end from an overseas region and hence this need to be escalated to your security action teams

If you haven't found any unusual sign in attempt on your account then possible that this is a phishing email.

To keep your Microsoft account help and secure, we suggest that you change your password, add security level on your account by enabling the two-step verification or use the Microsoft Authenticator app. It is also important that you keep your security info updated. Ma Lau

I am concerned about this code. I wasn't active on the account or active on your services site. And this security challenge arrived suddenly

The recent activity pages for any of my accounts dont reveal any attempts for the time this code was sent

I am concerned someone is attempting to exploit our accounts so Could you please ask your security response teams to look into this ?
