I'm getting the following error message now when I retrieve my emails from my inbox;

Welcome to post in the community.
The cause of issue could be that your organization didn’t allow automatic email forwarding by users to external senders. You need to contact your admin in the organization to change the default Outbound spam filter policy under Anti-spam settings. Please refer to the steps below:
Access to Security & Compliance admin center> Threat management > Policy> Anti-spam> O utbound spam filter policy> Turn on Automatic forwarding(The sync could need some times after changed, please wait 24 hour to check the result).
