Cannot see Teams administrator Certification that was enrolled for June 30th Exam

Hi,

I was scheduled for Microsoft Teams administrator exam on June 30th 2021. However, I am no longer able to view the exam under appointments section. Could you please let me know what would be the actual cause for it dissapearing from the dashboard.
