RemoteGuard on windows2019

Hi,

We use / remoteguard to take control of a rebound server. However, we can only have 2 simultaneous users despite having installed and put the RDP licenses.

/ remoteguard = / admin just 2 users

Hi,

Per searching, there is no documented information stating the / remoteguard is restricted to 2 simultaneous users but one user shared his experience on "Mstsc.exe /remoteguard works only with administrators. This has been tested in RDS deployments and confirmed with RDS ETL tracing".

We connect with administrator users. Indeed, this server is used by us to carry out operations with users with elevated rights.
same problem with GPO

When we force the use in GPO of remoteguard, It gray the user in the MSTSC and we are forced to do a

runas / user: login mstsc
