I cant receive any verification code from Microsoft

hey

My problem is that I cant receive any verification code from Microsoft when i logged in my account.

I check with my mobile service provider and every thing is okay, i think the problem is from your side, i have been trying these 2 months ago and have the same thing and i though its temporarily. 

i tried from chrome and its the same problem i didn't get any sms

    I see on the screenshot you've attached that you are on the step where it is asking you to put the last 4 digits of your mobile phone, can you do that right now and make another screenshot if there will be any error messages
