Unable to schedule exams using exam discounts associated with my organization

I am trying to schedule exams using my organization exam discounts but could not avail the discount from 06/28. I am getting below error message or my discount is not considered. Please help.

50056: Sorry, we are having a service interruption and we are unable to complete your transaction. Please contact customer support.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
