Use of debug dll in release

Hi,
I am building my application in release with the correct properties (see attached file) but it keeps using the vcruntime140d.dll instead of the release version of it at runtime. What am I doing wrong ? Also why would my application go for dll in SysWOW64 while it is built as a win32 application?
