I'm not able to access my Certifications under the original mail id, and thereby not able to migrate the MCID

Hi,

This is to inform that I gave my certification exams from a school account, for which initially there was no Microsoft Account created. After I created the account, the MCID for that account was different to that of the one I have in my certifications received in my email.

Please help me access my certifications, and migrate the same to a new email ID.
