About hotmail account; Lost sim card, but still remember phone number

Question

My recovery phone number sim card has been lost, but I still remember phone number and
I can login as well with correctly

but when I update my new phone number, the message box is showing me to type your last phone number;
I typed it, after that, I need to get code to fill it out in there after confirming with the last 4 number of my lost sim card.

In this condition; is there any way to update / add new phone number in my mail security?

Note: I registered my mail and recovery with phone number only (didn't recovery / add with second mail).
