Auto-enabled "Stop processing more rules"

Why would this feature auto-enable itself, I cannot find the answer to this question?

    If I uncheck the box and save it and click on the "edit" again, the box is checked again.

    How to stop processing more rules

    At the top of the page, select Settings Settings > View all Outlook settings.

    Select Mail > Rules.

    Select Edit Edit next to the rule to which you want to apply Stop processing more rules.

    Select the check box for Stop processing more rules.

    I'm Independent Advisor Claire and a Microsoft user like you.

    Usually it will not auto-enable itself. However there are bugs sometime. Youcan turn it off manually.
