Outlook & Excel Error Message 7 Program Crashing

Question

Hi All, 

I keep getting this error message when I open Outlook and Excel. I'd say its the same with other Microsoft programs.

"We're sorry, but Outlook has run into an error that is preventing it from working correctly. Outlook will need to be closed as a result.

Would you like us to repair now?"

- Repair now - Help - Close

^ Have tried all options. If I choose to "repair now" then I get 2-3 minutes out of the program before it crashed. 

Have also tried to restart the the computer but this did not solve anything.

Please help!!
