    Hello AustinBlack3!

Welcome to Microsoft Office Community Forum. Thank you for sharing your concern with us today and we hope that all is well.

I understand that you want to know if it is possible for the tentative option on creating a meeting on Outlook to be disabled. Based on my knowledge, as of now there's no supporting articles on Microsoft that discuss about this option. The "Tentative" option will still appear on the meeting proposal. And it will depend on the recipient if they will select the accept, decline, or tentative.

However, we would love to encourage you to submit a feature request for this option on Outlook. You can submit this request through our feedback guide. We'd love to hear from you. Let us know what's working well, if there are problems with our products, or if you have ideas about new functionality that would improve your experience. Your feedback goes directly to our products teams and helps us shape the future of Office for users around the world. Please click here for the guide on How do I give feedback on Microsoft Office?

For more information about proposing a new meeting time on Outlook, you can check this article here: **** Propose a new meeting time in Outlook (microsoft.com)

    Hope it helps.

    Sincerely,

    ReynaldoB
