Email Sub-Folder Sync Issues

I am using native email app for iPhone 11. I have created subfolders within outlook however none of those subfolders are appearing in iPhone email app? I cannot use the Outlook app as this app is already being used within another org and I want to avoid making any errors or confusing the accounts.....I want to keep the emails separated.

Additionally, within the Outlook desktop app, when creating a subfolder, I have to manually change each folder's view to "IMAP Messages"...how do I make this a standard?

You may check if your email account was configured to mail app as POP, POP account cannot sync custom folders, and also if you configured email account to Outlook as POP, and then create folders there, in this time the folders cannot be synced either.

So better check them from your email web at first make sure they are synced to server side, if so, then you could configure your email account to mail app as IMAP then see if you could see the folders.

    Hope it helps
