Printing tasks with multiple categories

I use Tasks to organize my upcoming jobs by area and type. When i want to print, i collapse all other categories and it only prints the category that is open. ( I print in the Table form) Recently it just started printing all open tasks regardless of if they were open or collapsed. Is there anything i can do to fix this?

This is what the collapsed list looks like. I did not paste an expanded screenshot due to privacy concerns.

I tried running the repair tool, and went as far as uninstall and reinstall. But still no better.

Here is what i start with. And yes, i am running in a Prioritized type of view.

As you  can see, i have multiple categories. But i don't always want to print everything. In the past, i would keep everything in the collapsed view as is shown above, and then expand the category i want to print. See below.

Then i would go to Print and select Table Style. With that selection it would only print what was visible as seen above.

Now i go to print, and it wants to automatically expand all categories, and print all. See below.

I am not able to find any solution to this.

    Hi SamLapp,

Thank you for contacting us. Based on your screenshot, it seems you're using the Prioritized view.

However I'm confused about "it just started printing all open tasks regardless of if they were open or collapsed". Did you mean it opens all category tasks in Table style of Printing preview?

If so, please try to run Quick Repair of Office to check if it helps. Meanwhile, I'd like to collect the screenshot of your Outlook version info for the further troubleshooting. You can find the version info via File > Office  Account > About Outlook. While if it's not the case, please share the screenshot of print preview with us.

    Regards,

    Marvin
