Yes, you can no longer create or edit text message notifications, and text message notifications will stop automatically on September 30, 2020 on Outlook on the web 365. If you want to receive notifications on your phone, you can use Outlook for iOS/Andriod.
To update notifications for specific email accounts on Outlook for iOS
• Open the Outlook app.
• Go to Settings > Notifications under Mail OR Notifications under Calendar.
• Change which email accounts you wish to see notifications for.
To update device notifications for the Outlook app
• On your device, go to Settings > Notifications.
• Scroll down your list of apps to Outlook.
• Update how you wish to receive notifications.
For your reference see under Change or update Outlook notifications
If you have any problem receive email notification or further query, please use built-in app support to contact our dedicated Outlook app for iOS team for further assistance. In the Outlook app, go to your profile photo and then the ? > Contact Support. For your reference: Get in-app help for Outlook for iOS and Android
NOTE: When you contact our support team, you won't receive an email or get a call back. But you'll receive a notification when the support team sends you a reply, and can easily communicate with them in the app. Look for the notification on the Settings and Contact Support icons.
Your time and understanding will be highly appreciated.
Best regards,
Shyamal
