Hi Diane,
Thanks so much for your reply.
I'll try that and see how I get on with it.
Kind Regards

Hi guys,
Is it possible to add a delete button to the Reading Pane header section next to the Reply, Reply all, and Forward buttons?
I've been use to using Thunderbird for the past X number of years which had a delete button in that spot. After installing Office I thought I'd give Outlook a try. If I can get a delete button in the Reading Pane Header section I might just stick with it.
TIA
Jim

Hi Jim,
No, you cannot. You can customize the ribbon so its just above it. Or use the Del key.
