I believe the screen size is too big and its up there but tried clicking mouse and dragging downward all along the top an bottom to no avail.  This happened once before and I did get an answer from somewhere.  It was a simple solution, but darned if i can remember what it was!

Can you click on the area next to "Inbox - Msn" and drag the window downward at all?

Good morning Brian.  Sorry for the delay getting back.  I'm going to try to include a screen shot to show you what I'm trying to fix.  Basically, when I scroll my mouse to them upper right hand corner of my screen, three things  normally appear to either reduce down to the task bar, resize or shrink the screen,  or a red "X" to close the screen.  This is not happening on all screens, only some.  I know its a setting either in Outlook or possibly Windows because it's happened before and somehow found how to fix it.

What is weird is the fact that in some screens it shows and not in others, Outlook being one

Here is a screenshot of one of my files with my curser in the upper right and the "X".  These do not show in Outlook though they did before last week.   My Outlook screenshot is the second one.  The cursor is in the upper right corner but nothing pops up.

    Thanks for you time.....

    Regards

Hi. I'm Brian, an Independent Advisor.

Since this forum is dedicated to the web-based Outlook.com service, can I assume that's what you're talking about? What window do you have open that you believe lacks the close "x"? Please post a screen shot.
