Adding Notes to Contacts and E-Mails

Hello, we are 4 people working at the IMAP corporate mail account.

We would like to have now the opportunity to leave as simple as possible notes for e-mails or also customers, which can then see all 4 of us. We have tried Mailbutler, but unfortunately, it does not work with IMAP accounts and Outlook.

Among other things, we would like to be able to leave a positive or negative note for a customer, which we would be reminded of every time a new email arrives from the same customer. Thank you very much for any help.

    Based on your post, we understand that you want to add Outlook notes to identify recipients and get notified when related note labels recipient send mail.

    We do understand your concern here, we have been researching and testing from our end, and consulting, it’s been concluded that the feature you are inquiring about is doesn't seems feasible at this moment. However, it might be achieved via third party apps, but as we are belong to Microsoft Community site, we have limited knowledge about third party apps. Therefore, I will invite the community members and independent advisers to recommend feasible third-party app for your query. In meantime, we appreciate you for bringing this to our attention, your concern is very meaningful and reasonable. So, we will surely raise your concerns to our Product Development Team and hopefully this can be included in the future updates.
