UI Keeps Changing

I use Outlook on my computer and whenever there seems to be a Windows update, the UI changes from old to new or back to the old UI.

I am stuck with the old interface and want to go back to the new one. How do I do so?

    Based on your description, does the meaning of UI like choosing the bellowing setting in outlook? And do you mean you want to change the interface like the second screenshot? This is the new interfact of outlook.

    If so, please be kindly to try the suggestions in Getting started with the new Outlook for Windows - Microsoft Support.

    If it is not your meaning or this cannot work( you cannot find the function on right-top of your outlook view) , please be kindly to provide me your old UI screenshot. Meanwhile, please be kindly to provide me your outlook version by clicking File>Office Account>About Outlook in private message. I will continue to help you based on the information you provide.     Below are the steps to open private message:

    • To View private messages option > click on Profile Picture at top of the right side > Select My Profile option.
