Sending availability on Outlook for iOS is extremely easy. I can reply to emails and then select times I am free from my Outlook calendar. Is there is something similar available on Outlook web? Or something on the product roadmap.

    Dear SArshadSPGI,

Thanks a lot for your patience and understanding!

First of all, we apologize for the misunderstanding! According to your further description, I did some research and tests. Then I found that as of now your idea is still not possible to implement in OWA. It is determined by the relevant design and development department of the product. So I think your suggestion is very meaningful, I also believe that this is the voice of many users, everyone is anxiously looking forward to early improvement, in order not to waste more time for you, better to help you, I strongly recommend that you upload your valuable suggestions to outlook web feedback, let the relevant technical developers and designers see your valuable suggestions, please believe that Microsoft relevant departments will try to improve themselves after seeing your valuable suggestions, your valuable opinions will also help more users, make the work more efficient.

For advice on how to give back to you, please kindly refer to: In Outlook on the web, select the question mark****icon at the top right and then select Feedback.

At the same time, you can also use this link to see if the feature you want to implement is already under development by Microsoft, and please kindly always click on it to get the development progress: Microsoft 365 roadmap

Wish you have a wonderful day and always stay safe!

    Sincerely,

Thank you for the response. I am actually looking to do the following in OWA. When using Outlook on iOS I can add my availability in new emails or replies. The functionality available in Outlook desktop is very outdated - it forces you to send your availability for the full day.

    Dear SArshadSPGI,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you!

Based on your description, what you want to achieve is to get your free time directly on your calendar in your OWA (Outlook web app), which is currently not possible directly. But you can set your status for the calendar events you already have or will create later, you can refer to my test screenshot for specific options, you just need to select busy, after selecting your calendar will reflect the busy status for you. For meeting events that you have already received or exist, you only need to double-click the calendar event to set the status to busy for this trip. Once you've done that, you'll be able to see all the busy slots as you browse your calendar, and the rest is your available free time slots.

If I misunderstood you, or what I provided didn't solve the problem for you, then please share more details with me so that I can do more research, thank you.

Thanks in advance for your understanding! Your patience and cooperation will be highly appreciated. Hope you all the best!

    Sincerely,
