Work email doesn’t exist…

I got a new phone and when I try to login to my outlook on it, it says my email doesn’t exist. I even tried on the website. I can get on my email on my work computer and had it on my old phone. I have no clue what is going on. It’s a work domain name..

    Based on your description, I understand that you have a query "Work email doesn’t exist…".

    May I know where you try to log-in the account? is it a mobile phone native mail application or Outlook for iOS/Android? Basically, there should be a page for you to choose account type. You can choose Exchange or Microsoft 365 to log-in a work domain account.

    If possible, please share the set-up page screenshot, and we can do more research to help you resolve it.
