Using Outlook for iOS for personal email and calendar management

Based on your description, I understand that you have a query "Work email doesn’t exist…".
May I know where you try to log-in the account? is it a mobile phone native mail application or Outlook for iOS/Android? Basically, there should be a page for you to choose account type. You can choose Exchange or Microsoft 365 to log-in a work domain account.
If possible, please share the set-up page screenshot, and we can do more research to help you resolve it.
