Hi everyone. My email crashed for about a day and a half it kept saying “server down.” Now I’ve got it up and running again, however I have lost a day and a half of emails. How can I restore these? The emails started coming back through in real time, not from what was sent while it was down.

That’s a shame. I can’t afford to be losing these emails I might have to find another option.
Hello Alicia, My name is Sajjad and I will be assisting you.
I understand your concern. I am afraid to say that when your Outlook was down and someone sent you emails at that time. You don't receive it and it bounces back to the sender. So if it has not been delivered to you then there is no way to restore it.
I hope this answers your question.
Warm Regards,
Sajjad
