Export shared mailbox calendar

We want to export the calendar of a shared mailbox and import it into the account/mailbox of another user.

I have tried this solution: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/msoffice/forum/all/how-to-export-shared-mailbox-calendar-to-csvexcel/543c2b1c-ac21-4e4a-a697-b3836941efb0

But when trying to copy the calendar, I get the message, that it is not possible because the calendar might contain / contains private elements.

The shared mailbox once was a user mailbox of an employee that left the company.

Is there any way to exclude the private elements or another way to export a calendar?

(we also tried the import/export function of Outlook, but it seems this only allows to export items from your own mailbox/account.)

    Dear Stefanie Kolb,

Good day! Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community. We’re happy to help you!

To exclude private elements, I think you can try:

    1. In calendar list view, add the field” Sensitivity” to columns bar: right-click the columns bar, select “” > select “Field Chooser” > “All appointment field” >drag and drop “Sensitivity” to the columns bar and click it to change the order by this field.
    2. Then you can multi-select normal elements, copy and paste them to one blank personal calendar and export calendar from Outlook.

    Sincerely,
