Hi all
I would like to change my display that is sent with my emails.
I have followed the relative guide but when I click the account settings I get a different box to the one In the guide. And I have no option to change display/username ? See picture for the box that I get.
Thanks for looking.

Hi Ian
Thanks for the reply.
So is that down to the software installed on my laptop, or the way I set up the email?
The software was pre-installed on my laptop and it is neither a work or school laptop.
Regards
Craig

Based on your screenshot you are using a Microsoft Exchange account.
Unfortunately you cannot change the display name using this account.
