Missing emails from Sent Folder (Mac)

Hello,

I have an issue with my newly added email accounts @companyname.com. The inbox data is correct, however the sent folder is either completely empty ( the parent / original email contains all the emails), and for another email account its missing an entire year.

I am on a Mac 16.61

I first started with the New Outlook, encountered this problem originally, than deleted App and reinstalled and switched to the Old Outlook version. The addition of my accounts was straight forward, however what can you advise is terms of troubleshooting missing emails folders?

Thanks

Maev

Hi Maev C

Thank you for posting in Microsoft Community.

May we confirm what account you're using in Outlook? (Exchange/POP3/IMAP)

Please try to search for any of the missing mail using the search feature in Outlook to see if the mail appears when searched for.

By default, Outlook collapses the folder listings in the left column, please try to click on the expansion arrow next to On My Computer so see all of the individual folders.

Kindly navigate to Outlook > Preferences > General, then select Show all account folders, incase the sent items folder is hidden.

Best Regards,

Momo
