Hello Alex,

I had this issue before and someone from MS was able to fix it. In the setup, I cannot access my signature. I also cannot access the page where I sync my emails. I cannot access the page where I put the filters for email addresses to allow or block. When this happened about a year ago, someone from MS support was able to fix it. This is on all my computers that I use Hotmail / Live.

I need a way to give you my Hotmail address so someone can deal with it?

Thanks!

Jerry G.

Its unclear whether you are accessing your mail account via web browser or a Mail Client, eg MS Outlook, if the latter run an Office repair

Restart the PC, once fully loaded, repair Office,> Apps & Features>Select Office your version>Modify /Repair, once the repair completes re-test

    Hello,

I am accessing with my web browser. Any browser I use has the same issue. I cannot access my signature editing, and the entries for the email POP services, and other things. I get a spinning circle telling me to try later. This has been for about a week now.

I had this before about a year ago, posted here, and someone like an advisor or whoever from MS was able to fix this for me. I cannot remember if it was you that helped me with this.

If you need my Hotmail address, can there be some arrangement where by I can send it to you. I don't want to post it for public viewing.

    Thanks!

    Jerry Greenberg
