We are still waiting to hear back from our open case # 1047990656 created 12/29/22: My son email account was hacked and can not recover.

    For your info, if you receive a private message from someone who claim to be working for Microsoft, it is very likely a scammer. I've seen them replied to a post pretending to be able to help by asking the person to call a number (of course that number is a scammer's number). They'll clean out your bank account if you give it to them.

    If your account was hacked and all the security information was changed, there's probably nothing you can do to recover it.

    If you still have all security information you can use the recovery form to recover your account.
