Hello and good morning,

I have a user that is having issues with his Outlook that I can't seem to fix. His Outlook is freezing/not responding when receiving emails with PDF items attached and also sending out PDF items.

Win 10 Enterprise

Build 10.0.19045.2846

Version 22H2

Performed the following:

Windows updates

Group Policy updated

Full repair to Outlook

Uninstall/reinstall O365

Thank you,

We've encountered many problems, so it seems that updates are the cause then.

Same issue here, since the KB5025221 update some of our users are facing this issue on and off. Microsoft has not been helpful in identifying the issue or coming up with a fix. This is a really strange one.

    Hi there,

Time has not been our side and are unable to address and fix the issue. We will proceed with a reimage and configuration of a new computer to see if it corrects the Office 365 suite.

    Thank you for your time.

    Hi Kerry and good morning.

Thank you for assisting me with this issue.

I sent the user the link to access the Outlook through the browser OWA.

For the new mail profile account through the control panel, I did try this as well but no luck.

Will advise as soon as I hear back from the user.
