Shared mailbox location

Hi there,

In a shared mailbox, when you have multiple folders in the box, is there a way to have the order of the folders the same for each person with access to the box? I'm encountering an issue where when I add a folder to the box, when I put it in the order I want it to be in, it only does it for my outlook, but not for the other people with access to the shared mailbox.

Thanks in advance!

When you've got Cached Exchange Mode enabled for shared folders, disable that option from your Account Settings.

You can now sort the folders in the way that you want. After that, enable Cached Exchange Mode again.

The people that also have access to this mailbox may also need to disable and re-enable Cached Exchange Mode for shared folders or their computer to see the updated sort order.
