what to do when two factor authentication does not work because of my old email

Hi I forgot my password and I have two factor authentication. I received the code to my mobile but not my other email because other email's address got updated and I forgot to add it. I can't use the authenticator app as my outlook wasn't registered on it because I got a new phone what do I do?

    Hello ! I'm hopeful that I will be able to help you find a satisfactory solution.

    Once your account have 2 step verification on and you no longer have access to your phone where you have the authenticator app, I'm sorry there's nothing else you can do.

    All I would advise is for you to create a new account and move on.

    I'm sorry for any inconveniences this might have caused you.
