Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management
Dear MichaelYF,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
Based on your description, I understand that you are having an issue with Not receiving all emails after creating a second email alias. Before moving forward, we need more detailed information about the situation you are experiencing.
Kindly share with us the information below:
- Can you confirm that the alias isn't already in use somewhere else?
- You said that some of the messages are identified as spam; can you ensure that no rule is in place?
- Could you please confirm that all primary and secondary aliases have the same domain?
Meanwhile, if they have access to a work or school account linked to the PC, this will cause a sync issue. Check to see if the work account can be deactivated and see if anything changes.
Furthermore, the "from" address will be determined by the user's Outlook client when they answer. The alias at which the email was received will be used by Outlook on the web. The main email alias will be used by Outlook desktop.
We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
De Paul | Microsoft Community Moderator
