FORMATTING TOOL BAR IS MISSING

I am trying to change the colour of highlighted items e.g. email, a button as I cannot read it. There formatting toolbar is not at the bottom of my screen - it is missing. Please advise. Thank you.

    • To View private messages option > click on Profile Picture at top of the right side > Select My Profile option.
