I use Office 3365 VERSION 2211 (Build 15831.20208). I tried turning the schedule send off and on and tried sending emails. It worked twice then stopped showing again.
Which Outlook 365 version are you using?
I have checked with the latest Current Channel Version 2212 build 15928.20216 but can't replicate this issue. You may try turning it Off and then turning it On schedule send suggestions with the Viva Insights Outlook add-in to check this issue.
In the meantime, you may try using Outlook on the web (https://outlook.office.com/) to see whether the problem still occurs.
Thank you. I checked. It's already turned on. It was never switched off. It was working but stopped recently. Perhaps it's a malfunction?
You need to turn on schedule send suggestions with the Viva Insights Outlook add-in. For detailed information, refer to the link: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/viva/insights/personal/use/schedule-send#to-turn-on-and-off-schedule-send-suggestions
