Hi Team

Please see below. I am the owner of a web design company. I asked our server people why I was being copied in on Johns emails. Their answer is below. Please can you check this out?

Kind regards, David ******@clearviewwebdesign.comwww.clearviewwebdesign.com Begin forwarded message:

Hello David,

Thanks for getting back to us.

Per the email header checks, we can see the email came from ******@cleanhealthyeating.com to ******@ehconsulting.co.nz and it was forwarded to ******@hotmail.com and not sure how it was received to ******@clearviewwebdesign.com as no direct relation is provided in the email header.

In this case, the only assumption is that there could be a forwarder of some sort configured within the "******@hotmail.com" email profile in the email client application or the email service. This might need to be consulted with the Hotmail/Outlook support for clarification as we cannot check their logs from our end to know more about it.

We hope this information was helpful. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further assistance.

When you include a mail address in your post this is what we see

"*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" so much of your post makes little sense.

Are you using an alias with your Hotmail account?

Access the mail account involved via web browser access and review the settings with regard forwarding
