Can't get verification code

In my device when I try to login my Microsoft account then it said that I need to add security info in my Microsoft account and when I started then it shows that I can get a verification code on my number but i can't get any verification code

    Do you use a VPN or any browser that have built in VPN on it?

    Have you Installed any extensions?

    Have you made any changes to your device prior to the issue?

    This could happen after too many failed attempts; Microsoft is definitely restricting your IP address or device (or both). You must utilize a totally different device, such as a phone or laptop.

    Try using Skype to log into your Microsoft account; https://web.skype.com

    If you are using VPN, please try to turn off when you are sending new emails.

    Clear your web brewer cache and cookies.

    Change your internet connection.

    Change your web browser.

    Update your mobile device to receive an SMS verification code for your Microsoft account.
