Failed scheduling poll vote.

I created a scheduling poll and have one attendee who runs into an error every time he tries to vote. He clicks on the vote button in the email, he gets a verification code and is able to open the poll. He selects his choices, but when he tries to click submit at the bottom he continually gets a Failed to Submit Votes message. Is there anything that I can advise him to do be

I am having this same issue and it seems to be only when the attendee is added AFTER the original poll has been created. I have had multiple people try and they all are having this issue.

All of the attendees that were originally added to the email invite, have not had any issues.

    Any thoughts?

Kerry- as a quick follow up, my user tried to complete the poll again today with a refreshed link I sent out and it still showed the same error as above. Then we brainstormed and agreed he might try it in an incognito window and his vote submitted. I'm still going to do a test poll to figure out why the original situation was happening to just him, but at least he was able to complete the poll.

    Dear Mary Triano

Thanks a lot for your feedback!

Given your further description, it seems that this user can successfully vote in the browser's privacy mode (Incognito mode), right? If so, then it seems that the problem appears in his browser, please kindly suggest him try to clean the cache of the browser he is using and check the result, if the problem persists please try to uninstall the browser used and reinstall and check the result again, thank you.

Look forward for your reply! Wish you have a wonderful day and always stay safe!

    Sincerely

Regarding your first request, here's a screenshot of what he's experiencing. As you can see he can pull up the poll and click on his preferences, but when he tries to click submit- the failed to submit votes pop up keeps reoccurring.

Regarding your second suggestion, he is the only required attendee experiencing this issue so I will try to create a test poll with just him on both the desktop app and the web browser version. I will get back to you once the testing is completed with results.
