Dear Iakovos Soulis,
Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.
Based on your description, I understand that you have a concern with “Outlook Login Error CA20002”. We are looking into the issue, however before we proceed, we need more detailed information about the situation you are experiencing.
Kindly share the following information with us:
- Which version of Outlook are you using?
- Could you please provide a screenshot of the page requesting admin privileges?
- Which operating system are you running, and have you checked to see whether the outlook account has been added to the Windows account?
- Have you tried removing the outlook account from the credential Manager so Outlook can add it again and see whether it prompts you for a password or just fixes the CA20002 error?
Meanwhile, such an issue may arise due to a discrepancy between Windows and Outlook accounts on your computer, which may be resolved by making sure that the Outlook Account is added to Windows Account Manager. Please let me know so that I may look at it further.
We look forward to hearing from you. Thank you for your cooperation.
Sincerely,
De Paul | Microsoft Community Moderator
