App quit unexpectedly

My outlook always quit unexpectedly and apple consultant ssumed it caused the window to close as well.

    Followed your instructions, but the app still closes and Outlook keeps popping up. (Probably the Outlook login window) but it disappeared immediately. Unable to enter password immediately

    I understand your concern. I would suggest you do the following solutions one at a time and see if it works, if not, then move to the next solution.

    1. Update your Mac OS and your Outlook app.
    2. Clear your Outlook app cache.
    3. Completely uninstall and re-install your Outlook app.
