Outlook "Keep Source Formatting" option doesn't show when pasting

Good day
Subscription Product: Microsoft 365 Apps for enterprise

Outlook version: Version 2202 (Build 14931.20888)

I have all of the Cut, copy and paste options set to Keep Source Formatting and selected the Show Paste Options button.
However, when pasting formatted 'SQL code' for example, only the Keep Text Only option is available, and it also doesn't use the Keep Source Formatting as the default.
This used to work on a previous Outlook version.

Uploading screenshots failed.
Thank you.
Regards, Estelle
