Phone number gone, can't get verification code.

I recently changed my phone number my account. After changing the number I realized I was unable to log back into outlook without entering a verification code sent to my old phone number. I don't have access to this phone number, and for all I know it doesn't even exist anymore.

Is there a way I can bypass this security measure in order to access my email?

note: I'm able to log in the my email on a computer but it wont show me any emails from this month. When I attempt to log in to the app on my phone in ends up asking for the verification code that I can't get.

Any Ideas?

    Hi Troy,

    Thank you for the confirmation.

Could you please try the followings?

    • Try to access your account from another browser.
    • Try to access your account using the private/incognito mode of the browser.
    • Try a different internet connection.

    Thank you.

This unfortunately didn't help. I've already changed my phone number and am being told I have to wait a month until I can use two-step verification with the new number. I just want to access my email, I'm not interested in in two step verification I just want to see my emails.
