다름이 아니라 회사에서 아웃룩을 통해 특정 오프라인 회의실을 예약할 경우

특정 회의실에 대한 안내창 또는 안내메일을 자동으로 보내게 하는 방법이 있는지 궁금합니다.

예 ) 많은 회의실 중 Acquity 회의실은 빔프로젝트가 되지 않는다, 이에 내가 Acquity Room 선택 했을때 바로 Notice 창으로 [해당 회의실은 빔프로젝트가 없는 회의실 이오니 참고 부탁 드립니다. ] 또는

예약 완료 후 예약자에게 메일로 [해당 회의실은 빔프로젝트가 없는 회의실 이오니 참고 부탁드리며, 빔프로젝트 사용이 필요할 경우 다른 회의실 예약으로 변경 부탁 드립니다.] 식으로 안내가 나오면 좋겠습니다.

Base on your description you want Among many conference rooms, the Acquity conference room does not become a beam projector.

Therefore, when someone select the Acquity Room, the Notice window prompts [Please note that the conference room is a conference room without a beam projector.] or after completing the reservation,

As workaround you can go with the approval system where one has to respond to each room request (it's not a busy room, thankfully or write something as respond) that can be done with Admin in exchange admin center. (add the delegate who can accept or decline or send notification booking request), so the delegate can add this sentence prompts [Please note that the conference room is a conference room without a beam projector.] to his reply. As simple user outlook you can’t do it only the admin of your organization can do it via Admin via admin exchange center.

For outlook I think might be possible with VBA Send an Email notification when a New Appointment is added to Calendar or equipment is choosing.
