Hi

Since I upgrade Outlook on Iphone 11 Pro with IOS 16.3.1, I upgrade to outlook V. 4.2309.0, now when I open it the app crashes, restarted iphone, reinstalled app, cleared browser cache, but same issue, when opening it crashes.

Anyone else with the same problem or idea how to resolve it?

    Hi,

I am R. Cord, Independent Advisor.

I hope you are doing well.

My apologies to know that you are experiencing this issue. This seems to be a conflict issue that is making the app crash. Please try to log out of your account and log in back and check if that helps!

    If not helps

    Check steps below:

Go to Settings > iPhone Storage > Outlook > Delete App

    Power Cycle iPhone

    Manually Backup iPhone

Settings > General >Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase All Content and Settings

Erase everything and restore previous iCloud backup from before the IOS 16 upgrade.

Reinstall Outlook and add back your email accounts, tweak setting back as you want them and wait for data to sync.
