Yay, found it! Was able to add Jetblue to safe senders list. Thankfully it works!
On the Home tab, click Junk, and then click Junk E-mail Options, you'll see the Safe senders tab.
Can u guide me to Safe Senders on Outlook?
Hello Vida,
I'm Jacob, happy to help you today.
Sorry, you're experiencing this issue, have you checked your junk mail folder? You could also add their email address to your safe sender's list, that way you should receive every email from their address. To add them to your safe sender's list; Under Safe senders and domains, enter the email address, and select Add.
Select Save.
I hope that helps,
Sincerely,
Jacob.
