    Hello Theyounggun,

Many thanks for sharing your Outlook version details. As Outlook is updated with latest version, so try to create another Outlook profile and check. (Do not delete current outlook profile). Also check with your colleague, if they have this issue or not. If not, kindly check with configure your account in there system. With this we can identify, if issue is with your account or with your system/client. We appreciate your cooperation.

Thank you for your precious time.

    Sincerely,

    Hello Theyounggun,

Good day! Thank you for posting to Microsoft Community. We are happy to help you.

Regarding your post, would like to confirm does cache exchange mode is enable from your Outlook’s account settings? This information is required because generally Outlook in cached mode automatically updates the offline address book on the client every 24 hours and in Cached Exchange mode, a copy of your mailbox is saved on your computer. This copy provides quick access to your data, and it is frequently updated with the server that runs Microsoft Exchnage.

If Cache exchange mode is already enabled, may I know the time period set it up on it? If it’s set for long time period, check with reduced the time period (such as 3 months/6 months), restart Outlook and then check.

Also suggest you to connect affected user’s system with different open network (make sure there is no antivirus and firewall blocking Outlook) and check if it makes any difference. You can also ask affected user to configure his Outlook account in different computer and check.

If still same issue on affected user’s computer, kinldy provide us Outlook version details (by open Outlook > go to File > select Office account and share that entire page screenshot with hide email address details).

We look forward to your response. Thanks for your cooperation.
