Using older versions of Outlook for Mac for personal email and calendar

Regarding your description, we understand that you don't see sent and deleted item folders of your manager mailbox while you have all access (please do not mind correcting me if I made any misunderstanding). You may try to re-assign as a delegate with all access to you manager's mail to see if it can solve this issue: your reference:

Additionally, in order to further understand your scenario, would you mind offering me below information:
- May I please know are you using legacy Outlook or new Outlook?
- From where your manager assigned mailbox delegation permission? Is it from Microsoft 365 admin center or somewhere else?
- How did you add your manager's mailbox under the Outlook for Mac?
