Delegate cannot see Other Users Sent Items

Question

Hello

I have been assigned as a delegate with all access to my Managers emails and calendar.

In my inbox, under my Managers mailbox I can only see her inbox. I cannot see her sent or deleted item folders.

How can I have visibility of my Managers sent and deleted folders? I had this view previously and my access has not been modified.

Regarding your description, we understand that you don't see sent and deleted item folders of your manager mailbox while you have all access (please do not mind correcting me if I made any misunderstanding). You may try to re-assign as a delegate with all access to you manager's mail to see if it can solve this issue: your reference:

• Add and manage delegates in Outlook for Mac (microsoft.com)
• Become a delegate or stop being a delegate in Outlook for Mac (microsoft.com)

Additionally, in order to further understand your scenario, would you mind offering me below information:

• May I please know are you using legacy Outlook or new Outlook?
• From where your manager assigned mailbox delegation permission? Is it from Microsoft 365 admin center or somewhere else?
• How did you add your manager's mailbox under the Outlook for Mac?
