Using Classic Outlook on Windows for personal email, calendar, and contact management

I understand that you have an issue with random appointment cancellations in outlook. Based on you description, please let me know of the following to narrow down the issue. Thanks in advance.
- How often does this issue happen?
- What type of account is she using? Is it Exchange, IMAP or POP?
- Does the user have any third-party add-ins installed in her Outlook? If so, please try disabling these add-ins and then check if this issue continues. You can also do this by running her outlook in safe mode. Open Outlook in safe mode.
Also, as there are several issues that can be caused when syncing calendars to other devices, I'd recommend the users temporarily disable the synchronization with other devices (iPhones or other mobile devices) and then check if this issue persists. In addition, you may run the Calendar Checking Tool for Outlook (CalCheck) to troubleshoot any calendar related issues in her account. Please refer to https://support.microsoft.com/en-gb/kb/2678030
