I've searched around, and there isn't too many answers on this.

Outlook no longer has the icloud plug in - and icloud for Windows wont reinstall it.

Any ideas?

    Hi

    I followed instructions -

I wasn't able to disable icloud add in, but I was able to remove it. I rebooted but then wasn't able to add it back in (where is the file to do this?).

    Outlook version 2306

I didn't want to delere icloud app - as it says it will delete data. I need to know what would happen here if I did that.

There is an error that pops up - but it is too long for the box - I will post a photo but I think now I've removed the add in, it isn't sending an error.

    Dear phil Moor,

    Thanks for choosing Microsoft Community.

Based on your description, do you mean that you do not have Icloud Add-in in outlook now or other scenario?

And for this, if you still can see this add-in, please try the following suggestions and check if these can help.

    1. Start-up Outlook in Safe Mode, disable iCloud add-in. Shut down the iCloud app on my Windows PC.
    2. Start-up Outlook as an Administrator, remove the iCloud add-in.
    3. Exit Outlook as an Administrator.
    4. Restart Outlook as an Administrator and 'add back' the iCloud add-in.
    5. Restart machine.
    6. Log-in to iCloud app on PC and request that it sync with Outlook.
    7. Restart Outlook.

If you cannot find this add-in in outlook, for this, please be kindly to try the following suggestions:

    1. Delete ICloud for Windows.
    2. Create an Outlook profile - Microsoft Support in outlook. Note: To protect your data, please do not delete the old profile.
    3. Then add your account to outlook again according to Add an iCloud email account to Outlook - Microsoft Support.

And then check if this can help. If this cannot help, for this, if possible, to better undersand what scenario you are meeting, could you please be kindly to provide me some detailed screenshot about the error page you are getting? And also provide me your outlook version by clicking File>Office Account>About outlook.

I will continue to help you based on the information you provide. Your undersatnding and co-operation are highly appreciated.

Thanks for your precious time. Have a nice day.

    Sincerely,

    Katherine
