I want to know the confidence score of every prediction for the auto-translated text. Please provide any information on this.

Thanks for reaching out to us. There is no confidence score provided for Text Translate API V3.0 https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cognitive-services/translator/reference/v3-0-translate

Confidence score only available in other functions like language detection.
