Create a pull-down menu for Tasks table

I have a table view of my Outlook Tasks. One of the columns in the table is "Company," which can be any one of a limited number of clients, with their client number. I want to be able to enter the Company from a pull-down menu within the table, without having to type the client name and number in the table for each new entry.

How do I create a pull-down menu for an item in a Tasks table? Thanks.

    Hi hmm1,

    Thank you for the reply.

I understand you want to customize the company field in the tasks form so that it has prepopulated data so that you just select from a drop down menu than typing the company each time. Please correct me if I am wrong.

I have done some further tests and research to try achieving your goal customizing the default form/fields in tasks. However, this function/feature is not available as yet, as the design of your query is also for a shared service. Thanks Anesu.

I cannot share a screenshot because the information is confidential.

But don't you understand the inquiry? I simply want to enter the Company field from a pulldown menu, rather than typing the company each time.

    Regards.
